Delivery Overview

Single bags of Composted Bark Fines will be delivered by courier, who will provide delivery tracking by SMS. There is a small delivery charge on single bags of compost (calculated at checkout).

If you order 5 or more bags of Composted Bark Fines we will deliver via TPN (The Pallet Network).

• You can choose your preferred delivery date in the checkout (over 98% on-time delivery record)
• Standard Delivery - 2–3 day lead time - is free to many postcode areas (see below for details)
• Express Delivery - can be delivered on the next working day when ordered before 12.30pm (Mon–Fri)

Standard delivery on pallets is free to the following postcode zones: B, BB, BD, BL, CB, CF, CH, CV, CW, DE, DN, DY, FY, GL, HD, HX, L, LE, LN, LS, M, MK, NG, NN, NP, OL, PE, PR, S, SK, ST, TF, WA, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV

Other postcode zones carry delivery charges starting from £4.95.

How We Deliver

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER WITH A HIAB CRANE

Pallet deliveries are made on 18 tonne curtain-sided lorries and offloaded via a tail lift and pallet trolley to the kerbside.

A smooth, level surface such as tarmac or paving is required to offload onto; we cannot deliver onto gravel or up a slope.

Please note items may be delivered in multiple deliveries.

Returns

Please read our delivery information carefully. Delivery failure will result in either a re-delivery or a return/cancellation charge. Both of these are expenses covered by the customer and vary depending on postcode. If you have any concerns over delivery, please ring us on: 01785 850 653
